What I do

I'm a Senior Salesforce Analyst with deep experience across the platform and the surrounding automation ecosystem. I don't just configure — I engineer solutions that are documented, maintainable, and genuinely owned by the business.

✓
Salesforce deep-dive

Custom Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, APIs, reports, and dashboards that go well beyond point-and-click.

✓
Automation architecture

n8n, Python, and webhook-based pipelines with logging, retries, and error handling built in from day one.

✓
AI integration

RAG systems, LLM agents, embeddings, and local AI deployment for sensitive workloads.

How I work

Principles, not just tools.

01 · Understand

Map the real problem

Before writing any code, I understand the business process end-to-end. The best technical solution solves the right problem — not just the obvious one.

02 · Build

Engineer with rigour

Clean code, proper error handling, logging, and retries. Read-only access first. Clear acceptance criteria. Nothing ships without being tested.

03 · Document

Leave it maintainable

Runbooks, inline documentation, and architecture decisions recorded. Systems should survive their builder — that's the true measure of good engineering.
